Business Development Manager (BDM)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients by Cold Calling, E Mail Marketing, LinkedIn networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from clients.
• Must have a strong experience in International Sales in Digital Marketing Sector.
• A strong track record in acquisition & getting new clients for SEO, SMO, Website Development & Design and other digital marketing services.
• Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal
• Plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
• Strategic planning is the key to the role and requires a thorough knowledge of the market
• Achieving individual as well as team target if you are handling team monthly
• Maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations
• Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), Requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
• Can handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to positive conclusion; the solutions/services the company can provide; write reports; and provide feedback to the reporting manager.

• Setting strategies/sales target, clientele development, sales management, competition analysis
• Digital Marketing, Social Media Platforms, MS Office knowledge

Job Package Description

• Apart from fixed, other incentives every month and lucrative opportunities apart

• 5 days working – Monday – Friday fixed.
• Timings : 9:00 am- 6:00 pm
